Payroll Assistant                    Liverpool (L3)            up to £15ph DOE

 

Forrest Recruitment LTD are currently working in partnership with a successful organisation, who operate within the building services sector, who are seeking to recruit a permanent Payroll Assistant to work part-time (2 days per week).

 

 

Working within a small team to support with the weekly and monthly payroll using Sage Payroll.

  • Processing timesheets, checking hours, ensuring that overtime rates are correct.
  • Checking expenses/receipts for processing, entering hours and figures onto sage accounts package to produce job costing figures.
  • Ability to update various spreadsheets.
  • Process new starters and leavers, as well as pay rate changes.

Suit an experienced payroll clerk with a keen eye for detail, experience of Sage and who is seeking part-time hours.
