Part-Time Tax Specialist

Location: Warrington Town Centre
Hours: Part-time
Salary: £DOE (depending on experience)

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Part-Time Tax Specialist to join our friendly and growing accountancy team, based close to Warrington town centre.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong tax and accounts experience who is looking for a flexible part-time position within a professional and supportive environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of tax and accounts duties, including:

• Preparing and processing personal/self-assessment tax returns
• Preparing tax returns from start to finish, including reviewing information, completing returns and ensuring deadlines are met
• Liaising with clients to obtain relevant tax and financial information
• Providing general tax advice and support where appropriate
• Assisting with accounts preparation and other general accounting duties
• Supporting the wider accounts team as required
• Ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently and in line with HMRC requirements
• Managing a portfolio of clients and maintaining strong client relationships
