PART TIME SALES ADMINISTRATOR – SALE – £12.00PH – 20HRS PER WEEK – 9AM-1PM!!!

A lovely part time role in an engineering firm has arisen.  Core duties include processing customer orders, despatching purchase orders and assist colleagues in distribution of samples and marketing materials.

 

  • Process incoming sales orders
  • Issue order confirmations
  • Produce pick lists and update delivery schedule
  • Prepare and send sample packs and marketing material
  • Generate delivery notes
  • Produce logistics and shipping labels
  • Monitor stock levels
  • Produce purchase order requests
