 Part-time Bookkeeper/Office Manager                                     Sale                                       £15.30 – £17.95 per hour (30 hours)

 

** 30 hours either as a 4 days per week or spread across five days **

 

A leading business based in the heart of Sale, Greater Manchester are seeking a proven Bookkeeper/Office Manager, working in a friendly and dynamic team who value working together, this is a varied Finance and Office Management role, please call today for an informal chat.

 

About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Manager/Bookkeeper with Office Management experience. You will be processing all sales and purchase invoices and ensuring that they are allocated to the correct customer project on the company’s Xero accounting software. As a bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling the bank accounts on a regular basis and performing various accounting tasks, including payroll.  You will also have office administration duties including supporting of process and procedures within the offices, support for annual audits, budget  and project tracking and  insurance renewals.

Our ideal candidate will have the following skills:

  • Proven experience in financial management and bookkeeping role
  • Experience of Managing & processing payroll (desirable)
  • Experience of working in HR function (desirable)
  • Experience of working closely with sales teams
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Xero accounts desirable)
  • Commercially aware
