PART-TIME ACCOUNTS/OFFICE ASSISTANT – WILMSLOW £15PH – 30 HRS A WEEK

This leading Facilities Management Company based in Wilmslow who provide quality cleaning services to many businesses across the Northwest are seeking a Part-Time Accounts/Office Assistant to support their small team, working across Mon – Friday (5 days) 6hrs a day with flexible hours offered.

 

You will be reported to the Commercial Director and will be responsible for general office duties, taking calls from clients, employees and suppliers, responding to enquiries, supporting with Accounts; preparing 4 weekly wages information to be submitted to the Accountants, handle wages queries, raise sales invoices on Sage 50 (experience helpful), maintain the Purchase and Sales ledgers, oversee the bank account reconciliation, keep accurate accounting records for yearend filing and quarterly returns.
