We are currently recruiting on behalf of an exceedingly reputable organisation in the heart of Northwich.   • Overseeing all business operations such as facilities management, obtaining licensees and health & safety
  • Monitoring the Reception and ensure the business helpline function runs smoothly
  • Managing a team of 3 staff members
  • Champion a continuous improvement culture within the office, to improve quality, efficiencies and reduce costs.
  • Ensure that efficient and effective operations processes are in place to effectively manage/reduce risk across all departments
  • Ensure effective working relationships are established and maintained
  • Ensure information on all relevant operational matters are readily available to relevant parties
  • Provide reports for presentation at Management meetings, regarding performance of Company spends
  • Manage the development and performance of staff
  • Overseeing appointment of new staff, induction, training, mentoring and performance monitoring


Previous experience of operations and facilities management is essential. The ideal candidate will also be able to demonstrate effective leadership and management experience and the ability to monitor contracts with external suppliers and ensure KPI’s are achieved. The company offer a 35-hour working week and also offer 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and a Christmas shut down.
