Operations Manager. Bolton. £35k + excellent benefits

An established organisation are looking for an experienced Operations/Office Manager to join and oversee a team of four at their Bolton town centre offices. Duties will include;
  • Preparing and reviewing strategic and operational business plans
  • Keeping on top of changes to legislation and communicating it to the team
  • Identifying new funding opportunities for the business
  • Maintaining HR policies and procedures
  • Assisting with the recruitment of new staff and carrying out inductions with new starters
  • Overseeing the day to day running of the team with holiday and absence monitoring, training, performance and development
  • Helping resolve basic IT issues for the team
  • Attending and supporting Management and Board meetings – agenda preparation, minute taking and actioning follow ups
To be successful, you will have previous experience of managing a team, be comfortable and confident in being the go to person for any IT queries, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be an excellent team player and someone who can lead by example.
