My client, a Construction Consultancy firm established for over 15 years, with offices in London and Birmingham are seeking an Office Manager to join their Manchester City Centre base.
YOUR NEW ROLE
You will be overseeing the day to day management of the office, being the go to person based on the front desk. Duties will include – meeting and greeting clients and preparing meeting rooms. You will be raising invoices using the Xero system (training will be provided), monitoring holidays and sickness, booking travel and accommodation, typing reports, updating the company website and liaising with suppliers etc.
