 Permanent- Office Manager- Styal- £25k

My client is a global company based in large, open plan offices in Styal. They are seeking a permanent Office Manager to join their team to carry out office and Bookkeeping duties.

Your duties will include managing all office supplies and negotiating costs with suppliers, dealing with any incoming enquiries, managing all health and safety aspects and keeping a record of when they are due to be renewed, carrying out month end accounts duties, organising travel and accommodation for staff within the office, arranging lunches and taxis for meetings, maintaining a paper and electronic filing system, liaising with clients over the phone and email, preparing salary adjustments and arranging all foreign VISA’s for staff members when travelling abroad.
