OFFICE COORDINATOR / MANAGER –MANCHESTER – 6 MONTHS FTC – UPTO 26K DOE
A rare opportunity has arisen to join a specialist company at the forefront of their industry who provide their services across Europe.
Working in a high performing and dynamic office, you will be responsible for a full breadth of supportive duties;
- PA support for 3 senior management staff; booking meetings, arranging travel and accommodation where needed
- Updating client and company records, sending out correspondence and maintaining files
- Ordering office supplies; stationery, IT equipment and refreshments
- Liaising with internal departments regarding meeting needs; setting up meeting rooms etc
Working in their impressive City Centre offices, you will have experience working within a fast-paced environment with excellent administration skills.
