We are supporting a local organisation, who are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join their team due to internal movement. This is a great opportunity to join a growing organisation and build a fruitful career for yourself. Working hours are 9:00am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday and they offer free onsite parking, company pension scheme, employee discount scheme and death in service.


Duties include:


  • Processing customer orders, raising job sheets
  • Scheduling work with installation teams and requesting site access
  • Booking jobs on to their in house system
  • Create and maintain up to date customer files
  • Compile site files and site boards
  • Raise purchase orders
  • Order supplies and materials when required


The ideal candidate requires excellent attention to details, strong communication skills and have the ability to navigate Excel spreadsheets.
