OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR – WIGAN – PERMANENT – UP TO £23K DOE
This is an exciting time to join this fast growing, specialist company. Nice hours – Monday to Friday 8am-4pm, and some good company benefits including free parking, company pension, regular company events.
Key duties will include:
- Analysing, preparing and submitting paperwork
- Updating and maintaining information accurately onto the CRM system and various internal databases
- Handling email enquiries
- Working to deadlines
- Providing all round administration support to a busy team
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, have a positive and professional attitude to work, effective time management skills, be highly motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude. You will have a good understanding of Microsoft packages including Excel and strong attention to detail.
