OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR – IMMEDIATE START- HINDLEY – TEMP TO PERM – UP TO £23K DOE – 4 DAY WORKING WEEK – MON TO THURS 7:30AM-5:15PM

My client, one of the few offering the 4 day working week, are looking to recruit a confident, professional Administrator to join them on a temporary to permanent basis.

 

The successful candidate will ideally have knowledge / experience of Import / Export (DHL / UPS) and have strong systems knowledge.

 

Key duties will include:

  • Creating purchase orders
  • Inputting sales orders onto the system
  • Managing the email inbox, forwarding to the correct department / person, responding accordingly
  • Handling incoming calls regarding order updates, order queries etc
  • Contacting customers regarding any order issues
  • Dealing with the import and export of goods
  • Inputting shipment details onto the system
  • Liaising with suppliers
