Office Administrator – Southport PR8 – Permanent – £19,000 – £20,000 DOE
My client are a specialist manufacturer and distributor who work with some fantastic clients across the UK – they have brilliant offices – modern and with a fantastic team. Due to continued growth they are in need of somebody to join their team in an administrative capacity. You will be supporting the Office Manager and there is plenty of room for progression. They are looking for somebody who will grow within the role and who wants to learn more.
This will be a fast-paced role and key duties will include:
- Putting together quotations for customers and sending out
- Email and telephone correspondence
- Working on a bespoke system
- Creating paperwork for various jobs
- Assisting with other departments such as Purchasing/Finance etc.
- Order processing
In order to be considered for this role you must have accurate data entry skills, a professional telephone manner and ambition to progress and learn!
