Job Overview



We have the opportunity for a candidate to join a successful business as a maintenance administrator, overseeing all work/repairs across their multiple sites.


  • Investigate maintenance issues, gathering all relevant information and access
  • Report incident to landlords
  • Gain authority to send a contractor
  • Gather quotes and amounts, send to Landlords to authorise payment
  • Instruct contractor and diarise to follow up next working day
  • Managing incoming telephone queries
  • Organise issues that may arise from property inspections
  • Ad Hoc property inspections if and when required to cover staff absences


This role requires a candidate with exceptional communication skills, the ability to prioritise a busy workload and excellent administrative skills. Our client is able to offer part time hours in the form of 4 full days or 5 shorter days for the right candidate. This role is 9am-5pm and includes working 1 Saturday per month 10 till 1.30 in the office, out of Hours on call once per month Saturday/Sunday – Emergency calls only. Salary dependant on relevant experience.
