LEGAL SECRETARY – LIVERPOOL – UP TO £24K DOE – PERMANENT

Our client are a leading North West legal practice, who provide a wide range of legal services and are seeking to recruit a permanent Legal Assistant to join them, working in modern offices – based in the City Centre!

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Working in a pool of secretaries assisting several fee earners
  • Audio typing
  • Preparing correspondence and documents
  • Using Proclaim management system
  • Supporting other secretaries and the admin team with secretarial support

Requirements:

  • Experience with Proclaim – desirable, not essential as training provided
  • Proven experience working within a legal environment
  • Skilled at multi-tasking and possessing exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
