LEGAL ADMINISTRATOR, MANCHESTER CITY CENTRE, PERMANENT, £22,500
My client is a well-established law firm who are seeking an experienced Legal Administrator to join their Manchester office to provide exclusive support to their team.
Duties will include:
- Assisting the solicitors by taking instructions and initial case set up via the firm’s case management system.
- Liaising with clients, insurers and introducers of work.
- Undertaking administration duties on files
- Updating diary records.
- Requesting and providing updates; requests for extensions to comply with directions.
- Dealing with GP, hospital and Personnel mandates.
- Compliance with the firm’s policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role, ideally within RTA/PI department. You must be motivated, driven and have excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to take ownership of their own workload. A great opportunity for someone with a great background as Legal Administrator.
