A leading manufacturing firm have an exciting new vacancy for someone to join their customer care team, core duties are customer services, liaising with customers to confirm orders and MS excel work, so if you have a passion for both, please give me a bell today!

Key responsibilities

  • Liaising with blue chip customers who have already placed their orders online to confirm accuracy, amending where necessary
  • Using MS Excel on a daily basis to create reports
  • Collating data that is collected via excel, gathering raw data, creating reports, and submitting to the client prior to submitting order to manufacturing team
  • Verifying purchase orders and liaising with deliveries and shipment teams overseas, ensuring deadlines are met
