Are you a budding Team PA/ Team Secretary? Do you thrive in a busy and demanding environment? If you are looking to join a corporate, well respected and worldwide company working, this could be the role for you!

Based in the heart of the city centre, in stunning offices. The successful candidate will be joining a team of 20, providing support to a dynamic team of bankers.


The successful candidate will be managing up to 5 diaries using outlook, booking travel and accommodation, typing documents, putting PowerPoint presentations together, arranging and preparing external and internal lunches. Alongside this you will cover reception one day per week and assist with the facilities management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years administration experience, be professional, bright and enthusiastic!
