Job Overview



We are seeking a candidate with experience in either customer service or telesales to join our client within their new Internal Sales team! Working 8:30am-5pm, our client offers 26 days + bank holidays, a Christmas shutdown, quarterly bonus’ free onsite parking and the chance to undertake professional training!


Based within the fun and vibrant open plan office you will be;

  • Increase brand awareness by building client relationships
  • Source leads for External Sales Team via their in-house data base
  • Account management of agreed existing customers
  • Feedback market and competitor information to management
  • Raise quotations on time and accurately
  • Support External Sales to ensure targets are achieved
  • Follow up all quotes and recorded the outcome
  • Ensure all relevant information is completed and updated on CRM systems
  • Proactively outbound call accounts to increase sales via warm calls


This role requires a candidate with office experience, a confident telephone manner and the passion to learn and develop! You will need good Math and English skills, be confident on all areas of MS Office and be able to work both within a team and on your own initiative.
