My client are a leader in their field, working with major clients across the UK. Due to continued growth they are seeking an experienced Recruitment Partner to join the small, successful and outgoing team in Holmes Chapel.


Working alongside the client delivery team this role will take responsibility for end-to-end candidate sourcing of senior roles within the business, including the assessment process, the recruitment strategy, methodology and governance.


  • Identify potential candidates directly and attract to the business
  • Build and maintain a talent pool of candidates
  • Undertake competitor and market analysis
  • Run recruitment campaigns using social media, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Develop branding and attraction strategy


You will need a proven track record of sourcing and headhunting senior level candidates within a professional service, have worked on LinkedIn recruiter, have the ability to proactively identify talent via internal networks and excellent communication and organisational skills. Our client offers 25 days in addition to bank holidays, 2 annual performance related bonus’, free onsite parking and the chance to work within a professional and established business.
