Job Overview


Working for a leading insurance firm as an Administrator you will be a key player in providing an excellent customer experiences to existing and potential customers via webchat, whilst also providing administrative support to your colleagues in the Contact Centre with payment queries, documentation and emails.

  • Handle all emails from customers including those wishing to cancel, establishing the reason, handling the objection and attempt to get customer to re-join
  • Respond to customer queries via Live Chat when required
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and social media
  • Ensure customer cancellation requests are managed to company guidelines
  • Deal with general enquiries from customers which have been redirected from the Call Centre or through a customer email. These include general queries, policy renewals, policy upgrades and cancellation requests. All are to be managed to company guidelines
