HR/ Payroll Assistant, c£32K DOE, Near Sandbach
YOUR NEW COMPANY
My client is an extremely prestigious property development company based in the heart of Cheshire’s beautiful countryside. The firm have been established in the area for many years and are an extremely reputable employer in the area.
YOUR NEW ROLE
You will be based within the HR function where you will report directly into the HR Manager and will work closely with the Payroll Manager to oversee elements of both HR and Payroll. You will be responsible for attending welfare visits, undertake disciplinarians, minute taking in meetings, preparing new starter and contract documentation and assisting with recruitment. This role is 60% HR and 40% Payroll so is perfect for someone wanting a varied duel role!
WHAT DO I NEED TO SUCCEED
Previous experience working for a prestigious firm based in a HR function is essential, qualifications are not essential as we are looking for someone with experience in this environment!
You will need to know how to calculate NI, SSP, SMP, SPP and have a good knowledge of current legislations for example auto enrolment and real time working.
