HR Data & Systems Co-ordinator, £28,000 + DOE

Altrincham Based.

This is a newly created role, supporting a professional, high performing HR team with HR systems, data management, and administrative tasks, ensuring seamless HR operations.


  • Be the go-to person for all HR information and systems management, including the organisation, audit, and maintaining of the companies HR and Recruitment system, SAP
  • Regularly create and present data dashboards that visually demonstrate key HR KPI’s and metrics
  • Own the administration of all employee benefits and be the first point of contact for any benefit queries
  • Administer a small monthly payroll for all UK employees, working closely with a payroll provider to ensure payroll is completed accurately and to time each month
  • Co-ordinate and streamline key HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and performance management
  • Develop and maintain the HR SharePoint site, ensuring it is a one-stop-shop for all key employee information
  • Support with key L&D activities such as the development of training materials, coordination of training events, and maintaining the L&D dashboard

This varied role is perfect for a proactive HR professional who excels in process ownership, is highly organised, and skilled at gathering and presenting data creatively.


  • Strong knowledge and experience of HR information systems and data management
  • Strong competence and ability to adapt to varying technical systems, such as MS Office skills, Excel, PowerPoint or alternative visual systems (e.g. Canva, Lucid charts)
  • Ability to identify process improvements and enhancements
  • General knowledge and appreciation of employment law and its impact in relation to our obligations for data management and security
