INTERIM HR BUSINESS PARTNER, £55,000           

*IMMEDIATE START, 6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT, WITH STRONG POSSIBILTY OF A PERM ROLE WITHIN*

HYBRID – 2 days Coventry based, 3 days WFH.

A global leader in Industrial Supplies is looking for HR support, through a period of organisational change. The immediate task in hand is to assist with the closure of commercial business unit, hence why experience of similar project work; TUPE, REDUNDANCIES etc is ESSENTIAL. However, there is strong scope for a fully rounded Permanent HR Business Partner, at the end of the interim duration.

Essentials

  • Minimum Level 5 CIPD qualified
  • Senior level similar HR experience in a business facing role.
  • Proven Change Management, Organisational Development and Talent Management Experience
  • Highly organised and efficient, with the ability to build strong colleague rapport.
  • Computer competent, with experience of HR systems
