Administrator – Ongoing Temp – Hanley – £11.44ph, Immediate Start

We are supporting our client in recruiting an admin within their Estates and Facilities Department.

This role will see you;

  • Entering high volumes of confidential information and maintaining accurately
  • Maintain an internal Database of business information
  • Logging Maintenance requests and assigning the tasks to contractors
  • Preparing reports for senior colleagues
  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Organising property inspections
  • Coordinating maintenance workers and gaining access to sites
  • Tracking repairs and overdue works and coordinating Maintenance Workers
  • Liaising and Communicating with Contractors to build relationships
  • Gain quotations from contractors for work to be completed

You need to have a good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel, be able to accurately enter high volumes of information, be able to think on your feet and make quick decisions, have excellent time management and prioritisation skills and be a team player.
