Office Coordinator, Stoke on Trent, Permanent, £24,000


Forrest Recruitment Ltd are currently supporting specialist training provider who are experts in their field. Joining a small, dynamic, and friendly team, you will be responsible for supporting with all coordination and administration duties. Daily duties will consist of:


  • General administration duties to support the wider team
  • Advertising available training and development courses
  • Liaising with delegates regarding requirements
  • Adding and amending bookings
  • Producing quotations
  • Taking payments
  • Updating internal records
  • Liaising with external stakeholders
  • Diary management and office coordination
  • Handling customer quires and complaints


The ideal candidate will have worked within administration previously and have excellent coordination skills. The ability to work on your own and as part of a team, demonstrating confidence, reliability and professionalism is essential.
