Job Overview


Working in a small HR team for a growing global company providing all around HR admin support. The team is seeking an individual who is a team player with strong administration and communication skills to join them as a HR administrator. The role is situated minutes away from public transport links, shops, and other amenities. Although HR experience is desirable it is not essential.

Day to day you’ll be:

  • Provide efficient HR support in the form of departmental administration, dealing with first line queries and accurately maintaining and reporting on HR data in a timely manner.
  • Following established processes and policies ensuring compliance, raising issues and improvement recommendations as needed.
  • Be a point of contact ensuring requests are logged and passed on as appropriate.
  • Ensure that all activities are handled are handled in strictest confidence and with full adherence to the provisions of GDPR.
  • Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, data, health and wellbeing, company vehicles, pensions etc.
