An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this successful, Worldwide specialist manufacturing firm who are the market leader in the UK. Due to an increase in workload, they are seeking a temp to join a busy team of 4 in HR – this is a fast paced role and requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure. Key duties will include:

  • Typing, checking and sending out contracts of employment
  • Updating employee details on the bespoke system
  • Inputting and filing of confidential HR data
  • Responding to emails via the HR inbox and escalating any urgent queries
  • Completing reference checks for new starters
  • Providing all round administration support to the HR Advisors

The ideal candidate will have some previous HR experience, although applications will be considered from strong Administrators with the capability to pick up the role. Free parking on site and lovely modern offices!
