Job Title: Marketing Assistant

 

Job Location: Nantwich

 

Start Date: ASAP

 

Contract Duration: 1 month, ongoing (potential permanent role)

 

Hours of Work: 8:30am-5pm, 4pm finish on a Friday

 

Days of Work: Monday- Friday, with some evening/weekend support

 

Work Format: Office based

 

Hourly Rate: £11.44ph

 

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Assistant to join our client on a temporary, ongoing basis. This role is office based and will see you joining an established, vibrant and fun Marketing team where you will have the opportunity to get involved in plenty of company events.

 

Duties:

 

Supporting with events, including the set up and management on the day

Managing general enquiries that come in to the team

Updating social media platforms with events and information

Supporting with events, including the set up and management on the day

Content creation utilising WordPress and Mailchimp

Attending meetings and supporting the team by taking minutes

Organising purchase orders for all events related equipment

Handling invoices as they come in to the department

Ad-hoc administration and reception duties

Experience:

 

The ideal candidate for the role must have previous marketing experience, as this is a fast paced role and you will need to hit the ground running. You will need to be a confident communicator, have strong organisation and administration skills and have the drive to provide excellent customer service. Flexibility is key in this role as you will be supporting events that can run across evenings and weekends, for which you will receive time off in lieu.

 

Please note – an Enhanced DBS certificate/check is required to be considered for this role.
