Job Overview


Immediate Start – 6 months, with strong view to Perm work.

£14.36 p/hr, Mon – Fri, 9am to 5pm.

Hybrid – 4 days in the office, 1 day WFH each week.


  • Drafting all employee related communications relating to the employee lifecycle – offer letters, contracts, contractual change letters, leavers etc.
  • Logging and updating sickness records, chasing fit notes, arranging welfare visits, issuing absence improvement notices, review return to work documentation
  • Supporting Maternity / Paternity provisions
  • Updating the HR system with live changes
  • Supporting monthly payroll cycles
  • Supporting recruitment and training processes where necessary – scheduling training, interviews, liaising with candidates etc.
  • Handling the HR inbox and resolving queries at first point of contact where possible
  • Providing first line support to colleagues across the business
