An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Helpdesk Administrator to join a well-established organisation based in Warrington for an immediate start.


Key duties will include:


  • Monitoring the helpdesk, proactively managing reactive and planned maintenance via the in-house system
  • Triaging high volumes of maintenance calls
  • Dealing with client requests via email and telephone
  • Dispatching work to a team of engineers to sites
  • Managing and arranging quotations for works for tasks raised where required
  • Raise supplier purchase orders
  • Assist with other general admin duties

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High level of verbal, written and numeric skills
  • Experience of working within a similar role – ESSENTIAL
