Our client is a highly reputable company and are seeking a Helpdesk Administrator to join a dynamic and friendly team.
YOUR NEW ROLE
Joining a small team, providing efficient scheduling and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of contracts, prioritising and issuing work orders, following quality assurance procedures, raising purchase orders, liaising with external contractors, ensuring reports are received and works completed, dealing directly with customer queries and offering a high standard of customer service, ensuring SLA’s are met.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
The ideal candidate must have an understanding of scheduling or prioritising workload – and must be able to demonstrate this. Must be a confident team player with excellent communication skills. Ideally someone who is able to adapt quickly and possesses commercial awareness.
