GRADUATE EXCEL ADMINISTRATOR – ALDERLEY EDGE – C£26K DOE – PERMANENT
This very successful business who export building materials to Africa and the Far East are seeking a strong Administrator who is an expert on Excel to join their small Export Team.
The role is to support the team of 5 with varied duties which will include extensive use of Word, Excel, Outlook, with the ability to produce spreadsheets and manipulate formulas, to dealing with clients over the phone, to contacting shipping organisations, to booking containers, to creating invoices, gaining information to provide correct shipping details relating to bills of lading.
This role will suit a graduate with a desire to develop, who has some administration experience, is a super user of Excel and has strong IT skills, the ability to think their feet, a keen eye for detail and a want for an exciting career but with the attitude of mucking-in and working as part of a strong team. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to be trained and commence a career in Export/Shipping.
