FRENCH SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE/ ACCOUNT HANDLER, Rossendale, £18 – 23K
YOUR NEW COMPANY
A leading manufacturer and distributor within their field is seeking support within their customer service department from an experienced Customer Service/ Account Handler.
YOUR NEW ROLE
You will be receiving orders via email, checking all information is accurate, checking stock availability using an in-house system, acknowledging the order with the customer and booking delivery dates whilst also completing all relevant documentation including bills of lading and packing lists. You will book transport via email using set suppliers and liaising with the warehouse to ensure the order goes out on time reacting quickly to any issues and resolving in a timely manner. You will also dispatch samples, prepare invoices and assist with any other duties as they arise liaising with customers, warehouse and freight forwarders.

This opportunity would suit someone that is outgoing, personable and flexible and seeking a varied role.
Key account/ shipping experience is advantageous but not essential.
