A leading training body require a proven administrator or accounts professional to join their friendly team environment.  Due to continued growth and company success this is the ideal role for a candidate seeking a really varied and interesting role


  • Based in the general office, core duties shall primarily be supporting the team, entering information onto the system to produce accurate French invoices for French customers
  • Assisting in collecting customer payments for sales ledger under 30 days, email and telephone liaison with French customers to advise of outstanding monies that need to be paid
  • Maintaining a list of accounts payable contacts and assisting in month end procedures
  • Processing customer payments for sales invoices
  • Weekly and monthly reconciliations and reporting for management
