FINANCE TRANSACTIONS OFFICER – FULWOOD, PRESTON – 12 MONTH FTC – £22,800

We have an opportunity for a Finance Transactions Officer on a 12 month FTC to join our client based in the Fulwood area. They are looking for someone with a strong Purchase Ledger background and an advanced knowledge of Excel.

Key duties will include:

• Inputting purchase order numbers on to the system for approval
• Statement reconciliations
• Preparing payment runs
• Handling purchase order queries
• Matching purchase invoices to payments
• Responding to supplier queries
• Liaising with various internal departments
