Job Overview

FINANCE MANAGER, Wavertree Based.

£17.58 per hour, weekly pay.

Immediate start, 2 month + duration.

Mon to Fri, Hybrid (2 office based, 3 home).


  • Ensuring accurate financial records and accounts are maintained and performance monitored against company budgets
  • Maintaining VAT records and submitting quarterly returns
  • Responsible for the finance element of funding bids and applications
  • Producing financial reports for the Trustee Board
  • Ensuring the payment of invoices, receipts, expenses, and petty cash etc
  • Assisting in the preparation of accounts and financial statements in conjunction with the Treasurer and Auditors


  • Recent experience of providing a full financial management service within a Charitable Organisation will prove a strong advantage.
  • Recognised qualification/s in Accountancy, or actively working towards.
  • Experience of using QuickBooks or a similar accounting package, and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
