Finance Assistant Runcorn £25,000


Our client, a leading service provider are seeking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to form an integral part of their Finance Department.



  • Processing high volumes of invoices for a group of companies
  • Gaining Signatures / Authorisations from budget holders for invoices and credit notes
  • Resolving Queries with Suppliers / Budget Holders
  • Credit Card Reconciliation
  • Statement Reconciliation
  • Preparing Payment Runs
  • Month end billing for ad hoc charges to onsite customers
  • Maintenance of all Sales Ledger accounts including allocations
  • Sending regular statements to all debtors
  • Assisting with Credit Control tasks – chasing debt as and when required


  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • High level of accuracy to their work
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Be able to work to strict deadlines.
