My client is seeking to recruit a Finance Administrator to join a well-established, down to earth and expanding company. This is an exciting role to expand on your finance career.

Core duties of the role will involve:

This is a varied role, providing administrative support to the Accounts Department.

  • Update and maintain financial records and assist in preparation of financial reports
  • Process invoices
  • Perform supplier statement reconciliations and send remittances for payments
  • Schedule payments
  • Handle reconciliations of suppliers and other general ledger accounts
  • Create and process invoices using an automated system.
