Facilities Helpdesk Co-ordinator    Warrington                 c£25,000 doe Temp-to-perm

An innovative, facilities maintenance specialist who deliver high-quality Facilities Management service to their clients, throughout the UK have a lovely new Facilities Helpdesk role

 

  • A varied helpdesk and administrative role, chasing contractors to book out for reactive repairs
  • Processing sub-contractor paperwork
  • Producing all administrative paperwork and reports
  • Updating the case management system
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Receiving inbound calls, logging onto the system and booking maintenance staff out to jobs

 

This is a lovely opportunity for a confident communicator, with previous relevant experience
