- A varied helpdesk and administrative role, chasing contractors to book out for reactive repairs
- Processing sub-contractor paperwork
- Producing all administrative paperwork and reports
- Updating the case management system
- Raising purchase orders
- Receiving inbound calls, logging onto the system and booking maintenance staff out to jobs
