Job Overview


An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a successful and national organisation to provide administrative support to the office.

  • Assist with all maintenance requests for the retail and leisure estate, identifying priorities and matters impacting health and
  • Keep a maintenance log of all requests and issues than are received.
  • Liaise with facilities management company, suppliers and contractors to respond to any urgent issues and arrange for any essential work to be attended to and surveyed for what is needed.
  • Obtaining quotes for maintenance works and ensuring these are of good value and to cost save on call outs where possible.
  • Raise POs for agreed works and ensure any outstanding payments are met by liaising with accounts department. Set up new suppliers where needed.
  • Purchase supplies needed to properly maintain
  • Maintain the head office building and ensure any issues are responded to quickly.
  • Provide support to other departments when required.
