This very successful business who export building materials to Africa and the Far East are seeking a strong Administrator to join their small Export Team.

The role is to support the team of 5 with varied duties which will include extensive use of Word, Excel, Outlook, with the ability to produce spreadsheets and manipulate formulas, to dealing with clients over the phone, to contact shipping organisations, to book containers, to create invoices, gain information to provide correct shipping details relating to bills of lading.


This role will suit a candidate with a desire to develop, who has some excellent administration experience, strong IT skills, the ability to think their feet, a keen eye for detail and a want for an exciting career but with the attitude of mucking-in and working as part of a strong team.

This company will train and develop skills within the specialist export field but need the right character to join, get stuck-in and grow.
