Forrest Recruitment Liverpool are currently working in partnership with a leading logistics organisation, who are seeking to recruit a temporary Experienced Administrator to join them. This is an excellent opportunity, to work for an industry leading organisation who has ambitious plans to grow and offers excellent progression opportunities!

Role Responsibilities:

  • Processing high volumes incoming invoices
  • Dealing with all supplier queries via email and telephone
  • Liaising with the Procurement department and suppliers to approve PO’s.
  • Managing high volumes of data
  • Processing/maintaining data and documents.
  • Supporting ongoing administration of the SAP system
  • Escalating any issues/discrepancies if necessary

Skills/experience required:

  • Knowledge of SAP – Desirable
  • High level of numerical and data entry speed
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office – e.g., Word & Excel
