My client, a highly regarded legal practice in the Southport area are in need of some Executive Level PA support for a minimum of 6 weeks.  They are looking for an experienced PA who has previously supported multiple colleagues at any one time. You will be accustomed to taking minutes and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.


Main duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Diary management and coordination using Outlook
  • Arranging meetings, taking minutes, producing minutes and recording action plans
  • Organising travel for the Executive Team
  • Providing general administrative support to the team in the way of typing / producing documentation, handling email correspondence and processing data
