Executive Assistant, Northwich, Temporary 3 months, £20ph – £23ph DOE
We are currently supporting a Global organisation with the recruitment process of an Executive Assistant based on a 3-month contract – with future scope for permanent opportunities. This is an exciting career move to support 3 x Directors and assist with all aspects of scheduling meetings and travel arrangements. There are opportunities for the role to be Hybrid – 2/3 days in office and remaining working from home.
Daily duties will include:
- Providing all round support to 3 Directors
- International dairy management
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Processing expenses
- Setting up workshops
- Setting up purchase orders and dealing with queries
- Supporting with presentations utilising PowerPoint
- Responsible for internal communication of announcements
The successful candidate must have previous experience, be confident and diligent and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
