CUSTOMER SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR BIRCHWOOD 6 MONTHS c£20,000 – £21,000

Seeking to recruit a customer focused Administrator to join this global supply organisation, based in Birchwood, covering Maternity leave for six months.

DUTIES OF THE ROLE NOW INVOLVE:

· Responding to queries from Customers/Colleagues regarding price information

· Create offers to add new or amend previous prices for products

· Responsible for ensuring that there is a continuous flow of information between UK and Global sites

· Completion of spreadsheets from customers in relation to all products used, list price of products, discounts, special prices and delivery charges

· Investigating Invoice Queries

· Raising credit requests for incorrectly charged products, getting them signed off, arranging for credits to be raised

· Performing all other administrative duties as required

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS ROLE MUST HAVE:

  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Good people skills and communication.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook.
