YOUR NEW COMPANY

We are recruiting for a Logistics Administrator to join a well-established and reputable company based in Widnes. If you previous experience working within Transport or are you are an experienced Administrator looking to gain experience within Shipping/Transport, this could be the role for you!

DUTIES OF THE ROLE:

  • Managing all incoming emails from customers/hauliers
  • Actioning all customer enquiries in a timely manner
  • Liaising with hauliers to arrange shipments/deliveries
  • Inputting data on to the system – ensuring all data is accurate
  • Communicating with hauliers to collate all shipment documents
  • Stock management – sourcing stock availability
  • Checking in deliveries from suppliers

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Previous office based experience – Essential
  • High level of accuracy with work and excellent attention to detail when checking information
  • Be computer literate
  • Highly motivated
  • Well organised, able to priortise a busy workload
