CUSTOMER SERVICES / CALL CENTRE – ASHTON, WIGAN – PERMANENT – PART TIME (CIRCA 30 HRS) – £16,798
My client, a well established company based in Ashton (WN4) are recruiting for a part time customer services person to work Tuesday to Friday 8am – 2pm and Saturdays 8am – 3pm.
Working in the call centre you will be responsible for;
- Taking incoming calls and logging onto the bespoke system
- Sending jobs to Engineers
- Handling queries
- Chasing SLA jobs and parts for Engineers
- Logging damage claims and customer complaints
- Logging breakdowns
- Handling email correspondence
- Updating spreadsheets
The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft packages.
