CUSTOMER SERVICES / CALL CENTRE – WIGAN – PERMANENT – £23,500

HOURS: Sunday 8am-3pm, Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm

My client, a well established and successful business in the Ashton area are recruiting for a Customer Services candidate to be based in their call centre (hours as above).

 

Key duties will include:

  • Taking high volumes of incoming calls from customers and logging onto the in-house system
  • Sending jobs to Engineers
  • Handling calls and queries
  • Managing SLA’s
  • Ordering parts for Engineers
  • Logging damage / fault claims
  • Updating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Excel, an excellent telephone manner and possess excellent customer service skills.
