CUSTOMER SERVICES / CALL CENTRE – WIGAN – PERMANENT – £23,500
HOURS: Sunday 8am-3pm, Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm
My client, a well established and successful business in the Ashton area are recruiting for a Customer Services candidate to be based in their call centre (hours as above).
Key duties will include:
- Taking high volumes of incoming calls from customers and logging onto the in-house system
- Sending jobs to Engineers
- Handling calls and queries
- Managing SLA’s
- Ordering parts for Engineers
- Logging damage / fault claims
- Updating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Excel, an excellent telephone manner and possess excellent customer service skills.
