CUSTOMER SERVICE – NANTWICH – 3 MONTHS – £9.50PH – IMMEDIATE START
We are seeking 2 candidates to support our client within a customer service capacity with an immediate start for a minimum of 3 months committed work.
Our client is rolling out a new system for its users. Due to this they require 2 staff to manage incoming calls relating to queries or issues with users entering their details. You will talk them through populating information and respond to issues. This role will also see you contacting users who have not yet set up their account and remind them of the deadlines to do so. This role is in no way a sales role!
You don’t need to be an IT wiz just have good basic IT skills, you will need to be a clear and highly confident communicator, be able to remain patient and be happy chatting away to users.
