We have the opportunity for a candidate to join a successful local business within their customer service and administration function.


You will be responsible for dealing with incoming calls, emails and internet submissions, responding to product and service enquiries, carrying out extensive diary management, updating internal records, processing invoices and taking payments.


This role requires a candidate with excellent communication skills, a professional character, good attention to detail and the passion to deliver exceptional customer service. In return our client offers 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays and your birthday off, a company pensions, onsite parking and an annual profit related bonus which can add £2k a year to your take home salary!
